So it's been awhile...I just had to let you all think for awhile that I was good at going without sugar. But truth is, I was horrible at it. I made it a couple days, then someone offered me something a few too many times and I gave in. And then what's a little more right? One thing though, I did realize that I eat more sugar in 2 weeks time than I realized.
I'm not opposed to trying this again, but I've decided a sugar-eater at my level needs to progress in stages. We'll try a week without candy first, which I don't think I'll have much problem with. Then after weeding out a few more things, I miiight go as far as to go a week without ice cream. That's about as long as I could last I think.
