I admit, I'm a food blog junkie. I'm constantly browsing them trying to find new tasty recipes. I have a lot that I follow, but frequently the recipes require stuff I never use and don't like to buy for just one recipe.
This new blog : http://favfamilyrecipes.blogspot.com/ seems to have more "everyday" recipes that you tend to have on hand, or at least are easy to use the rest of.
I originally found it when browsing for a Cafe Rio Pork Salad recipe, which they claim to have a pretty-much-perfect version. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm on my way of finding other Cafe Rio lovers that would appreciate it. Jeremy hasn't even been there... If you try if first, let me know what you think.

you HAVE to try the orange rolls if you've never had them, and I like the parmesan chicken and the sloppy joes were good too.
