Well, Sylvania is picking up. We really needed some new people to teach. Last week we really struggled setting appointments with the investigators we had. Usually the struggle is getting members to come to appointments with us, but this week we had lots of members to come, but our appointments kept flaking. we'd keep the members and stop by some other people and usually ended up finding new people to teach. It worked out pretty well.
We've also struggled with getting our people to progress. They're all past the point of wanting to come to church and are more just willing to listen to us. We had to learn where our time was going to be best spent. It's coming now.
We did have Zone Conference last week which was great. It's a lot smaller now since it's just one Zone usually, which is like 20 missionaries. Our district is 10, who we see every week, so it's not many more new faces. President Peterson is amazing to listen to and I learn a lot. We always have a few missionaries share a 3-5 minute workshop. I've never been called on and this time they had extra time, so I finally got to do one :) It was fun. I had actually forgotten and had to make up some thoughts in the car, but it turned out pretty good.
I actually am out of time and the computer's going to sign me out soon. That's going to have to be all for now. Sorry so short,
Sister Salisbury
