Who says year-old cake doesn't taste good?A few months ago my mom reminded me that she had the top tier of our wedding cake in the freezer. I forgot about that whole tradition, if that's what it is, but I brought it home until the big day.
On Sunday I didn't remember to pull it out until about 6:30, but it actually tasted pretty good slightly frozen. It LOOKED a little 
crummy, but it was enjoyable.
We re-inacted the cake's first appearance for you. Don't we look cute?

We did the one year old wedding cake thing too. At first I thought it sounded disgusting, but it was pretty good. Happy Anniversary!
