So I made the truffles the other day to see how they worked and I couldn't get the bark to stick very well. It probably would've helped a little if I had chilled the stuff overnight as they said to do so they fell apart just a tad...but I don't think it would've solved all my problems... Any suggestion on how to successfully dip stuff prettily?
And I prob will make the PB bars for the exchange. It's tomorrow. Aah. It crept up on me, and I never emailed the recipe. Kehehe
